Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- All apparel and merchandise – Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on caps, hoodies, t-shirts, or any worn merchandise
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@thebravefarmer.net
- Include your order number and photos of the defective/damaged item
- We will review your request and provide instructions for return if approved
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@thebravefarmer.net
Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please refer to our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before purchasing.
How to Return (Defective Items Only)
If your return is approved for a defective or damaged item:
- Email us at info@thebravefarmer.net for return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the address we provide in our response
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
